GOODS & PROVINCIAL SALES TAX
Products stated in our price lists and catalogues do not include G.S.T./P.S.T.  Products that are applicable will show the G.S.T./P.S.T separately on your invoice.

PAYMENT
All Prices listed are in Canadian Currency.  Remit payment by Visa or MasterCard only.  Payment must be made in full at the time of order and will include shipping and handling charges.  Overpayments will be credited back to your Visa or MasterCard.

PRICE CHANGES
All prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to merchandise shortages, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items ordered. In the event you have ordered merchandise that is out of stock, you will be notified. Merchandise on back-order will be shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

MAIL
Payment of order plus postage and handling is automatically calculated at the time of your order though this price may vary and is only considered an estimate. We will not ship any orders C.O.D.  All shipping is calculated using Canada Post Shipping rates. Shipments move at owner’s risk. Canada Post guarantees the delivery of the order only - not the condition of the parcels.

HANDLING
A $4.00 shipping/handling charge may be applied to your order.

LARGE ORDERS
On large orders, shipping rates might be calculated using other than Canada Post.  Please feel free to contact us at beemaid@beestore.com regarding rates. We reserve the right to choose the final means of shipment on your order. In this event, you will be contacted prior to shipping.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship only within Canada at this time.  All shipping rates calculated apply to Canadian destinations only.

RETURNS
Please contact us at beestore@beemaid.com for Return Authorization, all returns must be in good condition and be accompanied by the original invoice. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days from the invoice date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge when supplied as ordered. 

SHORTAGES
All claims for shortages must be made within five business days from invoice date.

DAMAGED FREIGHT
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point and becomes your property once shipped. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. You are responsible to inspect the merchandise upon delivery.  If the freight carrier has not delivered your merchandise or not delivered in good condition, you are responsible to file a claim with freight carrier.                   

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice to receive a credit.  We cannot accept responibility for damage caused by improper use or misuse.
