Description
The Cook and Beals heat exchange unit is designed to warm up honey without overheating it so that foreign materials can be easily removed. The heat exchanger is made up of 20 7/8" x 12' stainless steel tubes inside an 8' aluminum pipe, producing over 11,870 square inches of heat transferring area, and allowing the beekeeper to heat approx. 3000 lbs. of honey per hour.
