Refund policy

Returns
All returns must be accompanied with original receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from date of order and are subject to 10% restocking fee when supplied as ordered. Customers are required to cover shipping and freight costs for the return of the goods. Returns on items with expiry dates are subject to Management approval.

Shipping and freight charges will not be refunded unless there is error related to the store.

Gift cards, special orders, and expired products are final sale and non-refundable.  

Claims
All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receiving.

Defective Goods  
Defective goods must be returned within 30 days and with the original receipt to receive a credit.
