GST/PST/HST       
Products stated in our price lists and catalogues do not include GST/PST/HST. All items are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, cheque, Interac, or EFT. Cheques are made payable to Alberta Honey Producers Co-operative Limited or Manitoba Cooperative Honey Producers Limited.

Prices
All prices are F.O.B. branch ordered from. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to material shortages, we cannot guarantee availability of all items.

Cross Docking
In order to expedite delivery and reduce hassle at the border, the Coop will allow you to use our Customs Broker to get your new equipment through customs and delivered to the Coop for you to pick up. The base fee is $100 per shipment, plus brokerage, plus GST on applicable items. We charge after we’ve been invoiced by our Broker. Please arrange this in advance with someone in Bee Supplies so we’re expecting the shipment and we can notify our Broker. You need to notify the shipper as the shipment needs to be marked with our Broker’s info. We cannot accept responsibility for these shipments.

Pick-Up Orders
A call or email ahead helps us serve everyone more efficiently. For most orders, if you call the day before, we can have everything ready for pick-up by the time you arrive.

Customer Responsibility Policy

Once a product leaves the store, it becomes the customer’s property, and they are responsible for its safe transport. Customers must ensure that all items, including larger supplies and loads, are properly secured. The store is not responsible for the safety or security of transported goods.

Days Closed
We are closed New Year’s Day, Family Day (AB & SK)/Louis Riel Day (MB), Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, National Day of Truth & Reconciliation, Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day. We are also closed from Christmas Eve until the New Year.

Our fiscal year ends July 31st. All our retail stores will be closed on the last weekday of July each year for inventory count.

Special Orders
Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due upon pickup/delivery.

Shipping
Shipments move at owner’s risk, FOB shipping point.

  • Truck: Freight charges can be prepaid or collect. Please advise payment type at time of order.

  • Mail: Packages are shipped prepaid.

  • Courier: Packages can be prepaid or collect. Please advise payment type at time of order.

N.S.F. Cheques
A $40.00 service charge will be applied to all NSF cheques.
