Alliance Nuc Box (Non-Assembled)

These nuc boxes are constructed from 7/8″ thick New Zealand Radiata pine, kiln-dried to a consistent 12% moisture content in specialized seasoning kilns. This process ensures excellent dimensional stability and strong resistance to shrinking, twisting, and warping over time. Each box is carefully designed with structural integrity in mind, with clearance maintained between knots and the edges to eliminate the risk of edge cracking or knot fallout. Knots are also strategically positioned away from the centre of the handle areas to preserve maximum strength and durability where it matters most.
