Dadant Mini Melter

The Dadant Mini Melter efficiently separates wax and honey from cappings with a thermostatically controlled 1800 watt wax melting grid and 1700 watt immersion heater. Uncap directly into the unit to collect clean wax from one outlet and high quality honey from the other. Cappings slide beneath the melting grid and rise upward, allowing only wax to contact the heating coils. A water jacket accelerates wax and honey separation while providing precise honey temperature control. Capable of processing cappings from up to 300 lbs of honey per hour, this unit is ideal for most hand uncapping operations and smaller volume power uncappers.
