This uncapping machine is capable of processing up to 150 frames per hour and features oscillating uncapping blades that are precisely heated using circulating hot water, eliminating added moisture in the cappings. The blades adjust quickly to various frame sizes and operate within the frame end bars to prevent damage to both the blades and frames. Simply place a frame into the bracket above the blades and push downward manually, with blade oscillation only activating during operation. A safety guard helps prevent accidental contact, while a foot pedal allows the blades to lift away from the frame after uncapping. The machine also includes a built in frame scraper for removing burr comb from bottom bars, a frame rack holding approximately 20 frames, durable stainless steel construction, and counter balance operation with manual or foot pedal blade control. It comes with two plastic collection containers with perforated trays for cappings and is manufactured to meet strict German standards.
