MiteGone Rack

The MiteGone rack serves as the essential foundation for the MiteGone treatment system, a slow-release formic acid method engineered to control both Varroa and Tracheal mites in honeybee colonies. Designed to sit on the bottom of a pail, the rack aids in the application process as it facilitates the effective absorption of a 65% formic acid solution into the MiteGone pads. By ensuring the pads are properly loaded and positioned, the rack enables the precise, controlled release of acid within the hive. This optimized delivery system effectively eliminates mites while simultaneously minimizing stress and harm to the honeybees.
